Women deserve to be represented in the artistic world to emphasize the power and beauty they possess as a counterweight to the continual inequality and injustice that represses their confidence. My hope is that my portfolio illustrates the pride and strength women illuminate in our contemporary society. The central questions I explored for my investigation were centered around the topic of gender inequality, specifically based on women’s issues.
